YOUR ROLE AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPER
Manage the entire pre-sales cycle:
- Identify and pursue companies with complex technical needs to challenge our consultants.
- Conduct mappings: Research company activities, monitor prospects on LinkedIn or other channels, and identify key individuals likely to respond.
- Cold Calling: Reach out to companies to understand their needs and tailor your MARGO pitch to secure a meeting with a Business Manager.
Contribute to the recruitment of consultants:
- Source and evaluate highly qualified engineering profiles through various channels (LinkedIn, CV databases, personal and professional networks).
- Engage with candidates to present MARGO and our opportunities, guiding them through our recruitment process.
- Participate in initial interviews with recruitment team members, discussing candidates' experiences and helping them envision a future at MARGO with examples of MARGO's signature missions.
