Business Development Associate
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Join the Dig Inn Restaurant Group as a Business Development Associate, where you'll play a pivotal role in boosting sales, elevating brand recognition, and spearheading marketing and innovation strategies within our key markets. This hybrid position invites you to collaborate across departments, working closely with teams to meet business goals, assess performance metrics, and execute impactful campaigns. Your weekly presence at our local restaurants will be essential for driving our initiatives forward.
In this dynamic role, you will partner with various teams, including Marketing and Innovation, to orchestrate field activations, coordinate events, and support the launch of new locations. Your success will be measured by revenue growth, the strength of your relationships with field team members, and your ability to identify new partnership opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to the CFO, you will contribute to cross-functional strategic projects aimed at enhancing growth and performance in vital markets.
YOU WILL:
- Design and implement marketing events and activations for campaigns, restaurant openings, and target markets.
- Support our catering business by forging relationships with both new and existing corporate clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing plans for Dig Inn's core initiatives and new projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, client service protocols, and retention plans, while analyzing sales data to refine marketing outreach efforts.
- Work alongside Operations teams to implement revenue-generating initiatives in the market.
- Conduct market research and engage with clients directly to enhance product-market alignment.
- Test, measure, report, and optimize marketing tactics in alignment with business and brand objectives.
- Participate in cross-functional strategic projects that contribute to revenue growth.
YOU HAVE:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing (field marketing, events, sales, etc.).
- Proven project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess performance data and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for the food and hospitality industry.
