Your Path to Rapid Growth and Enjoyment
Develop & Manage Your Prospect Pipeline
- Take ownership of prospect engagement from initial contact to opportunity creation.
- Actively identify and connect with prospects who fit Phocas’ ideal customer profile.
- Establish and nurture a robust pipeline through inbound, outbound, and partner channels.
Engage & Qualify Prospects
- Conduct insightful discovery conversations to uncover customer pain points and objectives.
- Evaluate opportunities based on established quality and conversion criteria.
- Effectively communicate the Phocas value proposition with confidence.
Collaborate & Implement Campaigns
- Work in tandem with Sales, Marketing, and Partners to execute coordinated prospecting initiatives.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads to optimize conversion rates.
- Provide valuable feedback to Sales regarding opportunity quality and market insights.
Maintain Discipline
- Keep precise CRM records and uphold strong pipeline hygiene.
- Stay updated on Phocas products, customer use cases, and industry trends.
- Utilize sales tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Indicators of Success
- Consistently generate sales-qualified opportunities valued by the Sales team.
- Achieve strong lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Deliver swift and thoughtful responses to inbound leads.
- Regularly meet or exceed opportunity generation and quota targets.
- Receive positive feedback from Sales regarding the quality of opportunities created.
