IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
Pioneer Parloa’s entry into the Southern Europe market by identifying and cultivating relationships with enterprise-level prospects.
Generate and manage an outbound sales pipeline, employing innovative, data-driven outreach techniques.
Work collaboratively with Account Executives to create scalable revenue processes tailored to the region.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, establishing Parloa as a trusted partner in AI-enhanced customer experience.
Act as the voice of the Southern Europe market within the organization—sharing insights and feedback to influence our regional strategy.
Continuously optimize messaging and outreach efforts based on market dynamics, ensuring alignment between client challenges and Parloa’s solutions.

YOUR MISSION:
As the Business Development Executive for Central Eastern Europe, you will be instrumental in establishing Parloa's footprint in a new market. You will actively contribute to building our revenue infrastructure from the ground up in the region, creating pipelines, forging connections with enterprise prospects, and laying the groundwork for sustainable growth in Central Eastern Europe.
This is not a conventional role where you simply follow a playbook, you will help craft it. Collaborating closely with our Head of Growth, Regional Sales Director, and the enterprise sales team, you will transform market insights into actionable pipelines, positioning Parloa as the premier conversational AI platform for leading enterprises in Central Eastern Europe.
