We're on the lookout for driven and competitive individuals to help us expand our client base in the college branding and student upskilling ecosystem. Your primary focus will be to understand the branding and upskilling needs of universities and to acquire new clients for our innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the college ecosystem.
- Formulate strategies to maximize revenue from both existing and new products and services.
- Effectively present, promote, and sell our products/services to current and prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed agreed sales targets within the designated timelines.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments for coordinated sales efforts.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels including referrals, outbound outreach, social media, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closure, and documentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador for apna’s suite of products and services.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in college sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow substantial university accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Experience across the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
