Main Responsibilities:
- Actively generate and manage a pipeline of high-value prospects consistent with GetResponse’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Conduct thorough discovery calls employing methodologies such as MEDDPICC or BANT to uncover client needs, challenges, and budget considerations.
- Deliver customized product demonstrations and craft compelling, value-driven proposals.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Ensure accurate CRM data management and provide regular updates on pipeline status and sales activities.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
You Might Be a Perfect Fit If You Possess:
- Fluency in Romanian and English (minimum B2 level).
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B outbound sales experience, with at least 1 year in selling SaaS applications.
- Experience in selling to Romanian small and mid-sized businesses.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
- An ownership mentality with a robust drive to succeed.
Salary Range:
- 133-152 EUR net per man-day on a B2B contract.
