WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Business Development Executive, you should be entrepreneurial, target-driven, and enthusiastic about assisting small businesses. You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a keen interest in the fintech sector and its impact on small business owners. You will be focused on achieving revenue targets and adept at addressing objections. Your excellent telephone communication skills, outgoing personality, and ability to collaborate in a tight-knit team will set you apart. You should possess strong commercial acumen, constantly scouting for new revenue-generating opportunities, and be comfortable engaging with prospects in person in a field sales role. We seek individuals with passion, drive, and a sense of enthusiasm.
AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Contacting potential prospects who have expressed interest through social media and price comparison websites regarding our products.
- Guiding these prospective members through our offerings, the signup process, addressing their inquiries, and utilizing your persuasive abilities to showcase why Tide is their best choice, converting them into active Tide members.
- Collaborating with the KYC team to ensure all necessary documentation has been provided by members and resolving any issues that may arise, requiring a technical mindset.
- Working cross-functionally to enhance processes and service delivery to our clients.
