Internship Overview

We are recruiting our inaugural class of Business Development Interns to aid in our expansion into new markets. This is an active opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales within a fast-developing media and real estate technology firm.

You won't just be observing; you will be actively engaging in building a sales pipeline, communicating with decision-makers, and directly contributing to revenue growth. This internship is perfect for ambitious, coachable students eager to pursue careers in sales, media, real estate, or entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting efforts towards property owners, operators, and management groups.

  • Assist in lead generation and conduct market research across designated territories.

  • Develop and manage prospect lists utilizing LinkedIn, CRM tools, and industry databases.

  • Support cold outreach campaigns via email and phone.

  • Qualify leads and arrange meetings for senior sales executives.

  • Track activities and performance metrics within the CRM system.

  • Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions.

Learning Outcomes

  • Grasp B2B sales fundamentals and pipeline management techniques.

  • Develop a keen prospecting strategy and understand territory development.

  • Learn how to effectively sell to commercial real estate and property groups.

  • Familiarize yourself with CRM best practices (preferably with HubSpot).
