The Business Development Manager will spearhead our growth initiatives in the A2P SMS and VoIP sectors. This pivotal role focuses on cultivating and scaling strategic alliances with international mobile network operators (MNOs), aggregators, CPaaS platforms, and OTT service providers. Success in this position requires strategic acumen, a comprehensive understanding of the global messaging and voice landscape, and the ability to guide both commercial and product strategies within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement effective go-to-market strategies for A2P SMS and VoIP termination across international markets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities with MNOs, MVNOs, SMS hubs, CPaaS providers, and leading OTT platforms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation to contract finalization.
- Strategically enhance our presence in high-value regions through robust routing partnerships.
- Develop and present comprehensive business cases for new client partnerships, including projected traffic volumes, revenue forecasts, and margin analyses.
- Take full responsibility for the execution of business cases, ensuring that KPIs and commercial outcomes are tracked and met.
- Stay abreast of market trends, pricing strategies, regulations, and messaging policies across various countries and operators.
- Assess and optimize delivery routes, including direct-to-carrier, hybrid, and fallback routing models.
- Represent Intergotelecom at global industry events.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and operations teams to enhance our competitive edge and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, and technical teams to facilitate and execute deals.
