Position: Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a robust background in Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Relationship Management. In this role, you will lead a dynamic team of Sales Managers, Product Specialists, and Field Applications Engineers, focusing on generating and addressing the demand for Embedded Systems Development Tools in the Semiconductor and Electronics Industry. Regular travel to customer sites is required to deliver product presentations and offer post-sales support. You will also be expected to continuously enhance your knowledge of our product portfolio while maintaining regular communication with customers to identify trends, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales targets assigned for your specific territory each fiscal year.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive territory sales plan centered on key accounts.
- Assist in building a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Identify and implement sales initiatives, including seminars, product exhibitions, and direct mail campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with partner representatives to broaden our product reach.
- Profile and establish connections with key accounts by developing detailed account profiles and understanding customer organizational structures.
- Utilize sales resources effectively, including applications engineers, channel partners, telesales representatives, and customer service personnel.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-6 years of proven sales experience in Embedded Solutions and a successful track record in high-technology sales.
- Highly motivated and success-driven, with extensive knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
- Proficient in tactical sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, closing, and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, along with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
