Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Qualify and quantify opportunities for business growth.
- Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Draft and implement strategic business plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and become a subject matter expert on our products.
- Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM system to track business opportunities.
- Collaborate with production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
- Generate and manage high-value business deals.
- Monitor KPIs and provide status reports to stakeholders, including updates on account health and opportunities.
- Participate in tradeshows and support marketing initiatives through contributions to case studies and social media.
- Provide accurate forecasts and daily updates.
- Assist in budget planning and ensuring adherence to financial health in client engagements.
- Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
- Facilitate technology adoption and training for internal and client teams.
