Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Qualify and quantify opportunities for business growth.
  • Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Draft and implement strategic business plans.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and become a subject matter expert on our products.
  • Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM system to track business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
  • Generate and manage high-value business deals.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide status reports to stakeholders, including updates on account health and opportunities.
  • Participate in tradeshows and support marketing initiatives through contributions to case studies and social media.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and daily updates.
  • Assist in budget planning and ensuring adherence to financial health in client engagements.
  • Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Facilitate technology adoption and training for internal and client teams.
