Our department is dedicated to gathering, enriching, and processing training data essential for Machine Learning across various AI domains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients within targeted markets and conduct thorough research on their business and technical needs.
• Qualify and quantify new business opportunities.
• Lead the journey from lead generation to closure.
• Guarantee customer success and satisfaction throughout the process.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans.
• Understand the intricate business and technical requirements of clients.
• Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and operations, and stay informed about industry developments.
• Monitor business opportunities using TransPerfect’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with production and technology teams across various time zones and cultures.
• Generate and manage high-value, profitable business deals.
• Track and manage KPIs while providing both internal and client-facing status reports, including executive updates on account progress, health, risks, and opportunities.
• Participate in tradeshows and enhance marketing initiatives by contributing to case studies and social media engagement.
• Provide precise weekly forecasts and daily updates.
• Assist in the overall planning and budgeting processes while ensuring financial health for assigned client engagements; drive efficiencies across processes, people, and technology.
• Manage stakeholder communications regarding owned businesses and accounts.
• Support training and adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
