Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients in the target market to understand their business and technical requirements.
- Qualify and assess opportunities for business growth.
- Steer opportunities from lead generation through to the closing phase.
- Ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and industry trends.
- Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM to track business opportunities.
- Coordinate production and technology teams across various time zones and cultures.
- Manage and generate high-value, profitable business deals.
- Monitor KPIs and provide internal and client-facing status reports, including updates on account progress, health, risks, and opportunities.
- Participate in trade shows and support marketing initiatives through contributions to case studies and social media.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily reports.
- Assist in the development of overall plans and budgets, ensuring financial health of assigned client engagements, while driving efficiencies across processes and teams.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication regarding owned business accounts.
- Support the training and adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
