will concentrate on forging new business partnerships while serving as a strategic partner to clients in our AI Solutions division (DataForce). DataForce is a dynamic service that delivers high-quality data for Human-Machine Interaction to some of the most esteemed tech enterprises globally. Our team specializes in collecting, enhancing, and processing training data for Machine Learning across various AI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Qualify and assess opportunities for business growth.
  • Steer opportunities from lead generation through to the closing phase.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products, processes, and industry trends.
  • Utilize TransPerfect’s CRM to track business opportunities.
  • Coordinate production and technology teams across various time zones and cultures.
  • Manage and generate high-value, profitable business deals.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide internal and client-facing status reports, including updates on account progress, health, risks, and opportunities.
  • Participate in trade shows and support marketing initiatives through contributions to case studies and social media.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and daily reports.
  • Assist in the development of overall plans and budgets, ensuring financial health of assigned client engagements, while driving efficiencies across processes and teams.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication regarding owned business accounts.
  • Support the training and adoption of technologies and services for both internal and client teams.
