As a Business Development Manager within our AI Solutions group, DataForce, you will play a crucial role in cultivating new business relationships and serving as a strategic partner for our clients. DataForce is a dynamic service dedicated to providing top-tier data for Human-Machine Interaction, partnering with some of the most prestigious technology firms globally. Our focus lies in collecting, enhancing, and processing training data for Machine Learning across various AI sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market, understanding their business and technical requirements.
  • Qualify and quantify business opportunities effectively.
  • Drive opportunities from initial lead generation through to successful closure.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and success throughout the engagement.
  • Draft and execute business strategies and plans.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our product offerings, processes, and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of business opportunities in TransPerfect’s CRM.
  • Coordinate with production and technology teams across diverse time zones and cultures.
  • Generate and manage high-value, profitable business deals.
  • Track and manage KPIs, providing detailed internal and client-facing status updates.
  • Participate in trade shows and contribute to marketing initiatives, including case studies and social media.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and regular updates.
  • Assist in planning budgets and ensuring financial health of client engagements.
  • Manage communication with stakeholders regarding business accounts.
  • Support the training and adoption of our technologies and services for internal and client teams.
