Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a global team. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your Role

  • Engage actively in reinforcing the circular economy by securing diverse and stable supplies of scrap plastic commodities from the Waste Management and Recycling sector. This role goes beyond simple sourcing; it involves sophisticated commodity trading and collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Take ownership of your market territory, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, ensuring material quality through site visits and inspections, and consistently closing deals. Daily communication with global teams is essential, so a flexible, ambitious, and collaborative mindset is crucial.
  • Your day-to-day tasks will involve issuing multiple material offers to our global sales teams, conducting quality checks on materials in-person, and assessing commercial viability before market offerings.

  • Utilize your research and business development experience to cold call and meet new suppliers, ensuring the procurement of quality scrap plastic.
