Since 2017, MyDr has been a leader in fully cloud-based EDM solutions for medical software in Poland. Over 60,000 users across the country rely on MyDr each day to help keep healthcare secure.
Role overview
The Business Development Manager will help grow the sales team at MyDr. This hybrid position is mostly remote, but includes regular field visits to clients in the Greater Poland area, including Wrocław and nearby locations.
What you will do
- Identify and acquire new clients within the assigned territory, with a focus on Wrocław and surrounding areas. Marketing leads are provided, but proactive outreach is also expected.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions, clearly communicating the benefits of MyDr's products.
- Consistently report activities in the internal CRM system, track results, and look for ways to improve performance.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in client acquisition and B2B sales. Demonstrated successes are a strong plus.
- Ability to understand business clients' needs, with strong listening skills and empathy.
- Clear communication of product benefits and effective objection handling.
- Experience working with KPIs and motivation to meet targets.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, comfort with new technologies, and knowledge of the medical market are advantages.
