What You Will DoIdentify, engage, and qualify new leads (both inbound and outbound);Conduct persuasive conversations, deliver demos, and successfully close deals;Guide customers through to a seamless handoff to Customer Success;Manage your pipeline using Zoho and focus on conversion metrics;Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps;Contribute actively to building our commercial strategies and growth. Ownership, accountability, and pace are key in this role. What You BringAt least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a commercial role;You are energetic, entrepreneurial, and highly results-oriented;You take responsibility without needing to be prompted;You quickly adapt to new tasks;You possess a competitive mindset: you strive to improve, win deals, and make an impact;You work proactively and in an organized manner;You have excellent verbal and written communication skills;You are fluent in Dutch (minimum C1 level);Experience with CRM systems (Zoho / HubSpot) is a plus;You have an affinity for HR, platforms, and SaaS solutions.

Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will oversee the entire commercial process: from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. You will manage your own sales funnel and lead the process from the first contact through to the handover to Customer Success. Employing a hybrid PLG/SLG approach, you will determine when self-service is beneficial and when personal interaction is essential. Collaborating with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success, you will continuously optimize your funnel from acquisition to customer activation.

This position is ideal for individuals with drive, accountability, and a growth mindset.
