Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through strategic networking, cold calling, and referrals while scheduling meetings with prospective clients.
- Analyze and segment potential market areas, guiding the team to focus on these segments.
- Drive revenue growth by developing new client accounts and effectively managing key existing accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's profitability.
- Support and enhance the sales performance of team members.
- Create impactful business proposals and collaborate with customer service teams to deliver persuasive pitch presentations.
- Innovate and implement business strategies to improve service delivery and client retention.
- Provide timely approvals to facilitate seamless event execution.
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies relevant to conferences, launches, activations, and related activities.
- Conduct site visits for events or activities as required.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the event process.
- Transform the division into a self-sustaining profit center.
- Oversee manpower planning for the team and implement retention strategies.
- Train team members on various marketing strategies and organize seminars to enhance their technical and functional skills.
- Supervise the onboarding process for new members of the marketing team.
- Possess exceptional communication skills, extensive industry knowledge, and a strong network database.
