In this pivotal role, the selected candidate will be instrumental in spearheading new business initiatives, with a core focus on expanding Daniels’ client base and strategically enhancing our business portfolio. Upon joining, you will take ownership of an established customer portfolio and will be responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will identify upsell opportunities and ensure that both targets and satisfaction levels are consistently met. This position necessitates a thorough understanding of the complex interrelationships among various customer departments and committees, particularly with potential and existing clients.
This position can be performed remotely from anywhere in North America, though it will require travel approximately 30% of the time.
