Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building long-lasting client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing capabilities, focused on achieving sales targets. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously or as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales tools is preferred. A keen interest or knowledge in the telematics industry and its associated products and services.

Join Teltonika Malaysia as a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager. In this pivotal role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing customer relationships across the Greater China Region, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Mongolia, and China.

Our telematics division focuses on developing and manufacturing user-friendly GPS tracking devices tailored for effective fleet management across various sectors, including logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Teltonika is setting innovative benchmarks in the telematics sector.

This position offers ambitious sales professionals a chance to enhance their sales acumen, deepen their product knowledge, and achieve significant financial rewards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover new business prospects by conducting research and utilizing outreach methods such as cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives by successfully closing deals with prospective clients.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product specialists, to meet customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, meetings, and events, showcasing our products and services.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to finalize deals.
  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and monitor progress towards targets.
