About the Position:
Job Title: Manager - Business Development
Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, preferably Engineering.
Work Experience: A minimum of 7 to 10 years in manufacturing or with a leading System Integrator, including at least 3 years of direct solutions selling to the enterprise segment.
Job Description:
- Achieve revenue targets in Karnataka.
- Foster relationships with all business stakeholders to maintain strong mindshare.
- Identify, qualify, and secure project and run-rate business from SMEs in the territory.
- Collaborate with end-users, Tier 1 SI partners, consultants, and installers to secure large projects across various business verticals.
- Prepare and submit weekly funnel and revenue forecast reports.
- Provide pre-sales support to SI partners.
- Ensure material availability by interacting with distributors.
- Assist MBSE in collecting receivables and statutory forms from direct customers.
- Select System Integrators/Certified Installers for projects.
- Generate initial quotes using published price lists for end-users, system integrators, or certified installers.
- Conduct product training for System Integrator partners.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement in all areas.
- Support all company focal points as required.
