Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with new prospects and secure contracts to meet assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to successful closure.
  • Identify potential customers within your assigned territory using various direct methods.
  • Consult with prospects regarding their business challenges and requirements, presenting a range of options and their cost benefits.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's service offerings and relevant industry knowledge.
  • Deliver presentations to senior management and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with delivery staff and pre-sales specialists to address customer needs.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to ensure continuous achievement of sales targets.
  • Create and maintain key account plans to identify opportunities, stakeholders, and forecasted sales.
  • Report on sales activities and maintain detailed notes on customer interactions.
  • Provide forecasts on anticipated sales volumes.
  • Foster strong relationships within the partner ecosystem to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute effective lead generation campaigns.
  • Offer constructive feedback to sales management to enhance the sales process and company reputation.
  • Convey insights to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to enhance customer value.
  • Represent the company positively and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
