Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Sell online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by understanding their business needs. Meet sales targets through acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. Build a database of qualified leads using referrals, calls, social media, and other outreach methods. Conduct area mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure with thorough documentation. Relentlessly prospect to develop a robust pipeline and foster strong relationships with potential clients. Act as an ambassador for Apna's product ecosystem. Play a key role in a startup environment, leading your area of expertise and contributing to our exciting growth journey. Required Skills:A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing large accounts, preferably within HRTech. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate client expectations and engage with leadership. Solid operational and commercial acumen, capable of negotiating effectively with clients. Proficiency in communication, ideally in at least two languages. Experience from lead generation to closure.
