  • Identify and pursue opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels aimed at increasing revenue streams.

  • Utilize market and competitor insights to define and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and competitive differentiators.

  • Establish long-term strategic organizational goals while maintaining a deep understanding of current market dynamics.

  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly progress reports to track performance metrics.

  • Set achievable targets for the team and ensure their successful attainment.

  • Collaborate with marketing personnel to fulfill prerequisites (such as prequalification or member list inclusion) in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all team members uphold the company's reputation and represent the organization positively.

  • Deliver business development training and mentorship to team members and internal staff.

  • Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of the company’s capabilities and personnel.

  • Align with the company's mission to continuously enhance overall performance.

  • Demonstrate the capability and drive to improve the organization’s market position.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to maximize organizational revenue.

  • Engage with web design and community-based e-commerce platforms.

  • Develop negotiation strategies and positions by assessing the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations, evaluating risks and potentials, and estimating company needs and goals.

  • Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or anticipating client objectives.

  • Create sales contracts ensuring compliance with established laws and guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other related data.
