About the Role...

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth throughout the DACH region. You will engage with a variety of clients, from small independent hotels and boutique properties to large hotel groups and travel technology partners. You will represent our cutting-edge AI technology platform that is revolutionizing guest acquisition and hotel revenue management. Your expertise will not only help close new business but also strategically influence pipeline growth, foster long-term partnerships, and achieve commercial excellence.

We provide comprehensive training on our products, industry insights, and sales processes to ensure your success. Our month-long sales training and onboarding program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills. You will receive ongoing support from a dedicated sales coach, a buddy, and your team leader, who will mentor and motivate you to reach your professional aspirations.
