Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record of success in the Skilled Nursing Facility arena. Proven Closer: 2–10 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of contract closures specifically in long-term care or wound care. SNF Expertise: In-depth understanding of Skilled Nursing Facility operations, challenges, and decision-making processes. Financial Acumen: Ability to analyze financial documents and formulate a compelling business case for our services. Willingness to Travel: Must be prepared for a 'road warrior' lifestyle, traveling 4-5 days a week to develop new markets. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

What you will do
- Identify and secure new business accounts by using existing connections within Ohio SNFs
- Lead the early phases of Skilled Wound Care’s regional growth plan
- Represent the company to potential partners and clients, building trust and credibility
- Onboard new accounts and support the development of ongoing clinical partnerships

- Experience in business development or account management within healthcare
- Established network and respected reputation among Ohio SNFs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
