What You’ll Do
You will manage your own origination pipeline, overseeing the entire process from sourcing to closing, ensuring smooth end-to-end deal execution. As the primary contact for potential clients, you will provide guidance throughout a consultative sales process focused on ground lease buyouts. You will consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while managing your sales funnel and conversion rates diligently. Your role includes tracking the origination process (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing) to maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will offer insights to enhance CRM utilization, data mining, lead generation, and client experience, as well as contribute to strategic initiatives and the evolution of products and processes to remain competitive in the Spanish market.
