Business Development Representative Associate: Role Overview
The Business Development Representative Associate role is part of Block’s Restaurant or Generalist team in Los Angeles, CA. This position is designed for individuals with strong sales instincts and business sense who are eager to help build the foundation of Block’s Sales Development organization.
What You Will Do
- Initiate contact with potential sellers to introduce Block’s products and services
- Develop a clear understanding of merchants’ needs across different business types
- Become knowledgeable about Block’s ecosystem of tools that support business growth
- Use persuasive communication to identify and document qualified sales opportunities
- Support the Sales team by surfacing leads and opportunities for follow-up
