We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals who possess strong business acumen and natural sales instincts. As part of our Restaurant or Generalist team, you will play a crucial role in establishing our Sales Development organization. Your primary focus will be on outbound engagement with prospective sellers, highlighting the value that Block can bring to their businesses. As a Business Development Representative, you will collaborate closely with our Sales team to identify new merchants that align with the Block ecosystem. As the initial point of contact, you will gain a deep understanding of the diverse needs of our merchants, becoming well-versed in the products and services that facilitate their growth within the Block ecosystem. Your persuasive personality and competitive spirit will be key in raising the bar for success, as you document and track qualified opportunities to pass along to our Sales team.
