Now, Absorb is building a new outbound sales team to reach additional customer segments and expand its impact.
Role Overview: Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will help drive Absorb LMS’s next phase of growth. This role centers on identifying and qualifying outbound sales opportunities, especially in areas not yet reached by current marketing efforts. Success in this position depends on a proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
What You Will Do
- Identify and qualify outbound opportunities in assigned territories
- Engage with prospects through cold calling and outreach
- Generate interest in Absorb’s Learning Management Solution
- Highlight key benefits of the platform to potential customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to new bookings
