Key Responsibilities:Generate new leads through creative outbound strategies, showcasing innovative prospecting techniques. Identify and create high-quality opportunities by discovering and qualifying outbound leads. Communicate the unique value proposition of Absorb effectively to new prospects. Achieve consistent daily/weekly/monthly goals for calls, emails, and prospecting through a proactive outreach strategy. Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline goals, qualifying leads based on established criteria for overall sales success. Develop and implement weekly call plans and quarterly account plans, collaborating with the account team for strategic success. Identify and engage with sales opportunities while demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of industry challenges and the role of an LMS.

Now, Absorb is building a new outbound sales team to reach additional customer segments and expand its impact.

Role Overview: Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will help drive Absorb LMS’s next phase of growth. This role centers on identifying and qualifying outbound sales opportunities, especially in areas not yet reached by current marketing efforts. Success in this position depends on a proactive mindset, resilience, and the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.

  • Identify and qualify outbound opportunities in assigned territories
  • Engage with prospects through cold calling and outreach
  • Generate interest in Absorb’s Learning Management Solution
  • Highlight key benefits of the platform to potential customers
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to new bookings
