What You'll Need- At least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, demonstrating a consistent track record of surpassing goals.- Proven success in high-paced, results-driven GTM environments, preferably within developer tools or infrastructure SaaS sectors, with a history of exceeding quotas in an outbound sales context.- Exceptional ability to convey both technical and business value to clients.- Proficiency in CRM and sales intelligence tools (e.g., HubSpot, Common Room, Looker, Excel) alongside familiarity with email and communication strategies.

About the Role

As a pivotal member of our inaugural outbound prospecting and pipeline generation team, you will craft our outreach strategy and collaborate closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Product, and Developer Relations to cultivate a pipeline that drives conversions. This is a unique opportunity to establish and enhance Browserbase's business development approach from the ground up.

What You'll Do

- Foster a high-performing culture for sales outreach.
- Develop an outbound strategy that aligns with Browserbase's product offerings, target developer personas, competitive dynamics, and available tools through techniques such as role-plays, call reviews, and technical onboarding.
- Collaborate with sales and GTM teams on pipeline and prospecting initiatives to achieve company goals.
- Continuously enhance team efficiency and output by optimizing systems, sequences, and processes.
- Contribute to the establishment of our inaugural business development playbook.
