About the Role
We are expanding our team in Lehi, UT, by seeking dynamic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to generate leads and fill our sales funnel as we build our go-to-market strategy from the ground up. You will play a vital role in a rapidly growing team of sales professionals driving revenue in this exciting phase of our hyper-growth.
Our BDRs work in a hybrid setup, spending Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office, while Mondays and Fridays are dedicated to remote work. Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for a diverse range of dental practice prospects.
Leverage email, phone calls, and innovative outreach methods to connect with potential clients.
Monitor your sales activities utilizing Salesforce and other relevant software tools.
Overcome objections and effectively present the Dandy value proposition to advance prospects through the sales process.
Collaborate seamlessly with senior sales leadership to achieve key performance indicators and revenue goals.
Cooperate with Account Executives for smooth client transitions.
Qualifications
1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment.
Proven experience in cold calling, particularly with SMB targets, is highly desirable.
A strong commitment to continuous improvement and a keen interest in learning new sales techniques through comprehensive training.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly adapt to new challenges.
Familiarity with standard sales tools and an eagerness to explore and implement new technologies for enhancing the sales process.
Demonstrated track record of professional and academic success.
