Role Overview
The Business Development Representative will play a key role in expanding Distro’s presence in industrial markets. This hybrid sales position centers on building relationships and driving new business in complex, value-focused environments. The role offers the backing of a seasoned technical team and a well-established company reputation.
What You Will Do
- Own the full sales process, from identifying prospects through closing deals
- Generate new leads across corporate and industrial markets
- Engage with decision-makers, including management, engineering teams, and directors
- Work closely with engineers to deliver tailored solutions for clients
- Guide prospects through discovery, qualification, and contract negotiation during extended sales cycles
- Independently grow and manage your regional territory with focus and discipline

This position is based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a hybrid work structure.
