- Proactively engage potential clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media, employing cold calling techniques and outbound strategies.
- Generate interest in potential clients by taking a consultative approach to understand their needs and how our solutions can assist them.
- Qualify leads by critically analyzing their fit with our solutions before directing them to the Sales Executive.
- Maintain an organized pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce) and internal spreadsheets, ensuring detailed record-keeping of each contact.
- Consistently execute contact sequences (both automated and personalized) to maximize engagement with prospects.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads, adhering to the cadence defined for each stage in the funnel.
- Monitor metrics and indicators, proposing optimizations to the prospecting process and continuously seeking to improve results.
