As a Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth within the Intercom Sales organization by generating a robust pipeline. Your mission will be to establish the groundwork for Intercom Sales by engaging with prospects and clients, helping them appreciate the value of our solutions through innovative and engaging outreach.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Collaborating with Account Executives to create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
- Generating new business opportunities for Account Executives through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and more.
- Ensuring a positive experience for Intercom’s prospective customers.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and their benefits to customers.
- Exhibiting the ability to attract new customers effectively.
- Collaborating with other departments to enhance business processes.
- Participating in team development and mentorship initiatives.
