About the Role

We are looking for our inaugural Business Development Representatives to establish our outbound and inbound prospecting initiatives. This is not a conventional entry-level BDR position; you will report directly to our Director of Revenue Operations, work closely with Sales leadership, and interact with the company's founders as we develop our go-to-market strategy.

This role demands an individual who is adept at prospecting and can adeptly navigate complex enterprise sales cycles involving executive-level Fortune 500 benefits decision-makers and various stakeholders within the healthcare ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with HR and benefits executives at major employers, while also understanding the roles of third-party administrators (TPAs), brokers, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) in the decision-making process. Success in this role involves mapping this landscape, fostering relationships, and creatively generating a qualified sales pipeline.
