Salary:
- PLN 11,400 - 16,800 monthly before tax (Long-term contract B2B) + 16 paid days off & bonuses.
- PLN 9,500 - 14,000 monthly gross (Contract of employment) + bonuses.
Your Role:
- Lead outbound prospecting initiatives targeting mid-market and select enterprise accounts.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including CxOs, Product Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to solution proposal and closure.
- Collaborate with presales, delivery, and CoE leaders in Commerce, Applied AI, and Innovation Engineering to craft and position compelling solutions.
- Work alongside marketing and GTM teams to develop co-branded campaigns, events, and thought leadership content.
- Monitor performance metrics concerning pipeline development, deal velocity, margin contributions, and client satisfaction.
- Exercise strong ownership in managing your pipeline, forecasting, and maintaining CRM hygiene.
