Your Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be pivotal in generating leads for new customers within our enterprise and mid-market teams.
You'll contribute to realizing Scandit's ambitious growth objectives through the following responsibilities:
- Identify potential sales opportunities through targeted outreach via various channels including phone, email, and social platforms.
- Efficiently evaluate inbound leads to enhance conversion rates and drive pipeline value.
- Conduct qualification calls with high-profile prospects to assess commercial, technical, and product compatibility.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality outreach to engage senior decision-makers within target accounts.
- Research assigned accounts based on performance metrics, organizational hurdles, executive changes, market trends, and existing technologies.
- Facilitate discussions with senior executives regarding their business requirements.
- Coordinate meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain comprehensive records of leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities using CRM systems.
- Keep detailed notes of all sales-related activities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and field marketers across various countries and verticals.
- Develop strategies alongside Scandit sales management to enhance sales processes.
