Role Overview: Business Development Representative
This outbound-focused role is central to ShiftCare’s expansion. The Business Development Representative connects with small and mid-sized businesses, qualifying leads and supporting our sales pipeline. The position is based in Sydney, New South Wales.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls and emails.
- Demo Scheduling: Set up and coordinate product demonstrations for the Account Executive team.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing on outbound campaigns that increase ShiftCare’s market reach.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain connections with prospects, nurturing both new and existing relationships.
- Sales Support: Independently close sales when possible, contributing directly to company growth.
