As a Business Development Representative at HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with ideal companies through strategic prospecting. Your primary responsibilities will include generating interest via phone calls, emails, and social media outreach.
In your interactions with prospects, you will uncover their business challenges to assess whether HubSpot's solutions align with their needs. Once you identify a qualified lead, your objective will be to effectively communicate the value of HubSpot, paving the way for a deeper discussion with an Account Executive.
You will collaborate closely with a team of 2-3 Account Executives, working together to innovate strategies that will help uncover new business opportunities.
