The Position

Fortanix is on the lookout for a dedicated, driven, and outgoing individual to become a part of our Business Development team. In this role, you will be tasked with making outbound calls to targeted accounts and generating qualified business opportunities as you execute our prospecting process. Our ideal candidate is a superb communicator, motivated by achieving goals, and excited about contributing to an entrepreneurial team environment. Core responsibilities include:

  • Generating new sales leads through a combination of outbound phone and email outreach, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Scheduling meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Managing the inbound leads process to maximize conversion rates and pipeline growth.
  • Understanding Fortanix use cases and competitive positioning to effectively communicate and apply them to prospective clients' needs.
  • Accurately entering, updating, and maintaining daily activity and prospect information within HubSpot.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and objectives.
