This role transcends the traditional BDR position. You will become an integral part of the team responsible for Intercom's Customer Agent products, collaborating with both new and existing customers.
As a Business Development Representative, your contributions will be pivotal in driving revenue growth within the Intercom Sales organization through effective pipeline generation. Our mission is to lay a strong foundation for Intercom Sales by engaging prospects and customers, demonstrating the value of Intercom through innovative and captivating prospecting techniques.

What Will I Be Doing?
- Pipeline Generation: Collaborate with Account Executives to create and prioritize strategic target account lists. This involves thorough analysis of firmographics, technographics, and intent data to identify key opportunities.
- Customer Engagement Across the Funnel: Engage with both new prospects and existing customers throughout various stages, from initial contact to adoption and expansion, providing a comprehensive view of the sales cycle beyond typical BDR roles.
- Multiple Sales Motions: Operate across distinct sales motions, adapting to the unique needs of each customer.
