As a Business Development Representative at charles, you will be pivotal in driving our expansion by establishing enduring partnerships with clients and prospects, unlocking the potential of Conversational AI to enhance their business strategies, and ensuring we provide value that aligns with their objectives and expectations.
YOUR ROLE IN DETAIL
- Oversee the pre-sales process to achieve key performance indicators, focusing on acquiring new clients and nurturing existing accounts.
- Analyze potential client performance to uncover opportunities for business enhancements they can achieve with charles.
- Generate leads in the DACH and/or Italian markets via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and collaboration with your Account Executive and Studios Team.
- Enhance our outbound outreach efforts through various methods including social selling, cold calling, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Ensure high standards of pre-qualification and assist our team in finalizing deals.
- Proactively seek out beneficial partnerships and business opportunities.
- Contribute to shaping the future of charles with your unique perspectives, ideas, and expertise.
