Position Overview:
We are in search of a proactive Outside Sales Representative with a robust background in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or business-to-business (B2B) sales. This position demands a self-motivated individual who excels in establishing and nurturing client relationships while thriving in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target new business opportunities with homeowners, contractors, and referral partners.
Educate potential clients about our services and navigate them through the insurance claims process.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
Conduct engaging presentations and training sessions to enhance brand visibility and establish partnerships.
Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to refine the sales process and increase closing rates.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally in insurance, real estate, restoration, or similar sectors.
Demonstrated ability to generate leads, cultivate relationships, and successfully close deals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms.
Highly organized with excellent follow-through skills in a high-energy environment.
Public Adjuster license is preferred (or a willingness to obtain one).
