Position Type: Full-time

Contract Engagement: Independent Contractor

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct 80–120 outbound calls daily to potential leads within designated territories.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads via cold calls, voicemail drops, and diligent follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • Professionally address objections and persistently engage with cold leads.
  • Maintain detailed records of all outreach efforts in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance calling scripts and boost conversion rates.
  • Achieve and surpass key performance indicators related to call volume, meetings scheduled, and lead quality.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a high-volume SDR or cold calling position.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, showcasing clarity, confidence, and persuasiveness.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection, maintaining high energy levels throughout the workday.
  • Familiarity with dialing software, CRM systems, and lead management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet daily and weekly outbound call quotas.
  • Tech-savvy and exceptionally organized, thriving in a remote work environment.
  • Open to coaching, goal-driven, and eager to advance within a sales organization.
