Role Overview
This remote Business Development Representative (BDR) position focuses on outbound sales, prospect identification, and relationship building across the US East region. The role includes comprehensive training in sales outreach, technical tools, and customer engagement strategies.
What You Will Do
- Identify and qualify new prospects using MinIO’s intelligence systems.
- Develop strategies to convert open-source users into commercial customers.
- Communicate MinIO’s value to attract new enterprise clients.
- Write personalized, creative outreach emails to secure meetings and opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to build engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
- Share feedback with sales and marketing to improve lead generation.
- Monitor and optimize performance data for ongoing improvement.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial prospecting through closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Use tools such as SFDC, Hubspot, and Outreach to track interactions and conversions.
