Context
We are in search of a Spanish-speaking BDR Team Lead who will not only generate high-quality leads but also mentor our growing team as we expand our presence in Spain. Our passionate, entrepreneurial, and diverse team has high ambitions, and we are excited to welcome you onboard!
As a BDR Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and preparing the team for the next phase of growth. You will be tasked with generating valuable leads that convert into enthusiastic, long-term customers, helping the team achieve its objectives.
 
Your Role
You will be responsible for building and leading a commercial team in Spain while driving the growth of our local business. This role is based in Barcelona and reports directly to the General Manager for Spain.
