Your Core Responsibilities
As the BDR Team Manager, you will lead and expand a team of Business Development Representatives focused on generating a qualified pipeline for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients. This role involves close collaboration with Account Executives, Marketing, and Partnerships to secure strategic accounts.
Own pipeline generation: Set targets for meetings, SQLs, qualified pipeline in euros, coverage, and conversion rates.
Lead, mentor, and elevate BDRs: Conduct weekly one-on-ones, provide call coaching, develop deal/account strategies, assess skills, and implement performance plans, prioritizing quality over mere activity.
Create a scalable outbound system: Refine Ideal Customer Profiles, develop messaging frameworks, multi-threading strategies, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/LinkedIn), objection handling, and more.
