Qualifications
Candidates should possess a strong desire to pursue a career in tech sales, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to personal and professional growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct high-volume prospecting effectively. Familiarity with sales methodologies, such as BANT, will be advantageous. Candidates should also exhibit strong analytical skills for market research to expand our customer base and meet monthly performance objectives.
As a Business Development Representative at HubSpot, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging with ideal companies through strategic prospecting. Utilizing HubSpot’s extensive lead database, you will initiate connections via calls, emails, and social media to spark interest in our solutions. Your ability to understand potential clients' business challenges will help you determine how HubSpot can best serve them. Once you identify a qualified lead, your objective will be to effectively articulate HubSpot's value proposition and facilitate deeper conversations with our Account Executives. You will collaborate closely with 2-3 Account Executives and fellow BDRs daily to devise innovative strategies for uncovering new business opportunities.
